Wright Baptist Church is a non-profit, 501(c)3 church. We hold to the historic Christian faith, and seek to extend Christian education & missions for the glory of God and the good of our neighbors.
Wright believes that we are equipping, encouraging, and challenging God's people for the works of service of Jesus. Jesus calls us to live out grace and truth, and giving enables practical realities of that, in our nearby cities for the glory of God.
WBC also mentions as an aside that rarely funds which are designated can if needed be used as the church decides, for instance, if the need of the funds originally is no longer there over time, or if a natural disaster creates hardship (hurricanes), etc. That all is rare, but we just mention in case it ever is useful.
