Youth Ministry (Student Ministry) @ Wright

       Following Jesus can be a challenge if just alone. Don't do the Christian life alone new friend, come join us for fellowship, solid Bible teaching, fun, and prayer request opportunities, here on campus at Wright on Sunday & Wednesday.

       Your new Student Ministry is available at least twice a week. We also often have special events, camps, concerts, and other fun gatherings. More info is below. Students know that you are a part of God's good plan in Jesus Christ, so you, your purpose, your life, it matters (Romans 8:28). Experience the strength, encouragement, and light of Jesus regularly in your life.

    Sundays 9 am - Youth Ministry

       Youth gather Sundays @ 9 am in the Wright Activity Building (next to the worship center). When you enter, we're glad to help, any Greeter or Staff member is happy to direct you to the Youth Ministry. This is a great way to connect and grow in your faith. This is led by top notch, experienced Student Leader, Marcus, plus other key leaders on the team, like Joe, Roberto, Lisa, and more. They'll bring out insights for the Lord in Bible Study.

        Where to park? Our main parking: the backside of Wright Baptist Church is easiest. The entry is by the "Worship Center" doors from the main lot. Greeters are right there. Youth Ministry is a casual style of dress. Youth gain a solid Bible study, real life discussion, prayer, and fellowship. No matter how long you have been a Christian, we are glad to have you.

       There are pre and post meeting hang out opportunities for new friends, such as table foosball, basketball game, arcade games, and more on Sundays after the Bible lesson too. Many friendships are made on Sundays! Snacks and breakfast in the Youth Room too, cinnamon rolls, etc., many weeks too. To get more info, contact Marcus at marcus@wrightbaptist.org

    Wednesdays 6:30 pm - Youth Ministry

       Youth gather midweek too, 6:30 pm, for Bible Study & Fun. Hang out begins at 6:15 pm in the foyer. Then at 6:30 pm, Students gather each week in our WBC Activity Building Fall through Spring (in second largest building on campus). In the summer months, we meet around town as well some weeks (contact Marcus, or see church newsletter). First time Youth are welcome any week! This is also led by Marcus our staff Youth Leader, with team members Eric & Ang or Joe & Lisa, Roberto, Nicole some weeks. The team is great. This fun time is gatherings around God's Word, the Bible and prayer and fellowship/fun. In the summertime, there are Wednesday gatherings around town.        The Student Ministry on Wednesdays often uses LifeWay materials, which are practical and on point with a weekly Scripture.

    Other Youth Events?

       Beyond those, we have special Youth Events some seasons, these are Nerf nights, Game nights, occasional Christian concerts, Student Conference trips, DNOW, and camps during the year. There is a place for you here, see you this week at Wright! Church background or not, you are welcome Students!

Also, Students are welcome in the Praise Team, the Sunday Worship Band, and the Choir. See Pastor Dave or Worship Pastor Kevin for info. Practices for Praise Team/Choir are after Youth, at 7:15 pm, on the 2nd Floor above the Youth Room area on campus.
