• What to Expect @ Wright

You're invited to be a part of our Bible-based, Jesus-following, friendly church. We have ministries for all ages.

We're exicted to have you visit with us as our guest. Sunday Services are 10:15 am.

We offer a relaxed coastal environment, but we are passionate about Jesus in atmosphere.  No matter your situation, new or old to church, you are welcome! The Sunday morning worship services have sermons for real life from God's Word, solid worship music sets based in truths of our faith, and a friendly demeanor throughout.

We're located across from Lowes & IHOP, next to Mazda. Our address is: 795 Beal Parkway NW, Fort Walton Beach, FL. The primary parking lot is in the back off Beal. Either driveway along the building is easy access.

Small Groups. Also, check out a 9 am Small Group each Sunday.  We have  a bunch of Small Groups to try out. Visiting one is not a commitment to join it, but a way to see which small group is best for you. These meet in Building D. Greeters can get you to one any week from the Main Worship Foyer desk.

    Other Connection Points:

    Wednesday Service. 6-7pm.

    Wednesday Awana Kids Ministry. 6-7pm.

    Wednesday Youth Group. 6-7pm.

See you this week! None of us claim to be perfect here, and we're looking to grow in the faith along with you, and look more like Jesus each day.

  • What Is the Style of Dress

Come as you are. Most attending Service here are dressing beach culture casual, but some are casual business. There is a Gulf coast casual culture in our area.  Some are in-between. We're mainly here to worship Jesus and make much of Him in worship together.

  • What about Kids?

We have experienced, loving, background-checked volunteers who use top-notch Christian materials for Bible-lessons and fun activities.

9 am -Kids Small Groups on Sundays. These are available each week and allow parents to attend an adult small group at the same hour on campus. Kids Small Groups meet in the Air Force Themed "Hanger" Kids' zone. This is to the right of the main entry for Worship.

10:15 am - Children's Church on Sundays. This time during Worship Service starts in service for the worship songs, then is in the Air Force themed Kids Hanger during the sermon.

This Children's Church time is announced during service, so it will not be a surprise.  A slide also accompanies the time for them to go to it.

Preschool-Nursery. This is available the entire service & small groups hours on campus. See our greeters and security team or any Pastors for info in the Worship Center foyer as you enter. It is staffed by veteran preschool volunteers, background checked, etc.

The WBC kids area is recently renovated space & is very cool!  Lessons use solid Bible-based materials for the kids too.

    Other Times?

Awana Kids Club at Wright. Wednesdays 6-7pm kids love this time. It is some Bible learning, activity time to get the wiggles out, and friendship building.

  • Where Do I Park

When you turn into Wright Baptist Church, the easiest way is to proceed to the back which is the main parking area.

There are two driveways down the side of the building along Beal Parkway to access it.

This is where most people park, so you'll be in the right spot.

The main entry has a large sign in the back saying, "Worship Center." Enter there, you'll be in the right spot for ministries & service.

  • Adult Ministries

There are a wide array of small groups and adult ministries at Wright.

    You're invited:
